Charlie Puth is already a sensation in the US, and is now heading to Rotterdam for the first time ever. His breakthrough came in 2011 with a performance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and on an international scale in 2015 with the singles See You Again (with Wiz Khalifa) and Marvin Gaye (a duet with Meghan Trainor). Since then, the star of this sweet-voiced, versatile singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer has ascended to even greater heights. He has embraced a variety of musical styles, worked with greats such as James Taylor, Elton John and Sabrina Carpenter, and released three successful Grammy-nominated albums: Nine Track Mind (2016), Voicenotes (2018) and Charlie (2022). On his latest album Whatever's Clever (2026), Puth deliberately explores a jazz context, which is also reflected in his band lineup. The album was launched at the Blue Note Jazz Club in Los Angeles, and this summer sees Puth appearing at various jazz festivals. Fellow musicians have praised his jazz harmonies, such as his version of the American national anthem during the Super Bowl earlier this year.
