Praised for her impressive improvisation skills and rich, clear singing tone, Dashiell is now one of the most sought-after vocalists on the current scene. She worked with Wynton Marsalis and the Jazz At Lincoln Center Orchestra on the album The Ever Fonky Lowdown and on The Way We Play by Marquis Hill, who in turn appears on Dashiell’s new album.
