In 2002, Norah Jones suddenly popped up in the musical landscape, and quickly conquered the globe with Come Away With Me. The singer-songwriter with the velvety voice and jazzy timing won no less than four Grammys with her debut album, including Best Album, Best Song and Best Newcomer. Since then, Jones has continued to evolve. She has worked with artists as diverse as Willie Nelson, Foo Fighters, Outkast, Jack White and Herbie Hancock, and launched the podcast Norah Jones Is Playing Along in 2022, where she invites her favorite artists to drop in. Norah Jones’ breakthrough was with accessible jazz, but she then went on to explore alternative routes, such as country and indie pop. All those different influences come together on her latest album Visions. Another special aspect of the album is that Jones – together with multi-instrumentalist Leon Michels – plays almost all the instruments herself. Now, with no less than ten Grammys to her name, Jones makes her return to the festival.
