The London Collective Big Band (LCBB) is a jazz orchestra based in St Paul’s, London. Originally founded in 2013 as the Warwick Alumni Big Band, LCBB has since evolved into a dynamic community ensemble, bringing together talented young musicians from university big bands across the UK. With a growing reputation for bold and exciting performances, LCBB delivers a mix of classic swing, big band standards, contemporary arrangements, and even reimagined video game themes. Their energetic, genre-blending and community centered approach makes them a unique presence in London’s music scene. In 2024, LCBB made their international debut at the Vienna Jazz Festival. Their recent collaborations include performances with the London Hornstars and the Islington Community Choir, reflecting their passion for musical innovation and community engagement.
