A dynamic piano jazz trio formed at Codarts, Fra Luise Trio features Italian pianist and composer Francescopaolo Luise, Spanish bassist Marcos Sanchez, and Portuguese drummer Tiago Greenleaf. Rooted in the hard bop tradition, the trio performs original compositions by the three members and creatively arranged jazz standards. They have already performed in clubs across Rotterdam (Dizzy, De Pelgrim, Vrijmoed), receiving great feedback from audiences.
