Mondrian on the move

Did you know that the colored areas of Mondrian's world-famous Victory Boogie Woogie refer to the rhythm of jazz?

Learn all about it in the pop-up museum of Kunstmuseum Den Haag. Step into 1940s New York, where Mondrian worked in his studio during the day and danced the boogie-woogie in jazz clubs at night. And – just like Mondriaan – let yourself be gripped by the rhythm of the city and the music.

Mondrian on the move is made possible by Nationale-Nederlanden, partner of NN North Sea Jazz and Kunstmuseum Den Haag.
