In this Privacy Statement, it is described how Mojo Concerts B.V. (hereinafter: “Mojo”) handles personal data of persons, such as visitors of Mojo’s websites and buyers of tickets of concerts and other events that are organized by Mojo (hereinafter: “the user” or “you”).

By providing your personal data to Mojo (or any third party acting on the instructions of Mojo) you agree to the conditions as provided in this Privacy Statement.

Mojo collects and registers personal data such as the surname of the user, the last name, the address, e-mail address, (Mobile) phone number, date of birth, gender, and taste in music per genre. As the responsible party within the meaning of the Dutch Data Protection Act, Mojo has reported this processing of personal data to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Mojo has its registered offices at Noordeinde 19-21, 2611 KE Delft.

This Privacy Statement explains how your personal data is processed by Mojo. Mojo makes use of services of third-parties, such as our ticketpartner CTS Eventim Nederland B.V., who act as a processor of the personal data for Mojo as the responsible party. This Privacy Statement is also applicable to personal data which is processed through third party websites (such as www.ticketservice.nl or www.ticketmaster.nl) for the online sale of tickets for concerts and events that are organized by Mojo. Further, this Privacy statement is applicable to personal data processed in relation to the sale of tickets through other points of sale.  

In addition to the above, this Privacy Statement is applicable to the collection and processing of your personal data by Mojo through Mojo’s websites, including without limitation www.livenation.nl, www.mojo.nl, www.lowlands.nl and www.northseajazz.com, as well as your subscription to digital newsletters such as www.livenation.nl and www.mrpublisher.nl.

Third party websites
Except for the aforementioned websites of third parties, that Mojo has instructed as a processor of personal data, this Privacy Statement does not apply to (linked) third party websites (such as websites of Mojo’s sponsors).

Please look for a specific privacy statement on any such third party website. Mojo does not accept any responsibility for the Privacy Policies of those third parties.

Purposes
Mojo (or any third party acting on the direct instructions of Mojo) can process your personal data:

-    for the performance of our services in the area of the organization of concerts and other events (such as festivals) in the broadest sense;
-    for record keeping purposes;
-    to inform you - by (email) mailings or mobile phone (SMS/MMS-messages) - about concerts and other events (such as festivals) or related products or services, that are provided by Mojo or by other parties acting on the instructions of Mojo;
-    to improve our services (for example through polls or surveys);
-    to register the visitor data of (certain parts of) our websites;
-    to do market research and data analysis;
-    to improve and secure our websites.

Your personal data will not be used for other purposes than the above. If you no longer wish to receive information from us, you can ask us to unsubscribe and remove your (email) address from our mailing lists.

Cookies
Apart from the above data, Mojo reserves the right – like most other websites- to collect data of our website users by using ‘cookies’. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored on your computer's hard drive by your browser. They make it possible for Mojo to identify some of your preferences, as well as the date and time of your visit, your IP-address and webpages that you visit. On revisiting the Website, Mojo's server will recognise the cookie, giving us information about your previous visits. Most browsers are originally configured to accept cookies automatically. However, if not configured or if you alter your browser to disable acceptance of cookies, you may not be able to use (parts) of the websites.

Correction or removal of data
You may always request us to inform you as to whether your personal data are being processed and request us to correct or supplement your personal data. There are two ways of doing this. First of all, you can correct or supplement the data in your personal account with our ticket partner. Secondly, you can login to www.livenation.nl, to correct or remove your personal data.

You can also remove your data from our mailing lists through a link which is provided at the bottom of every email, SMS, EMS or MMS you receive from Mojo. If you unsubscribe from our mailing lists, you will no longer receive information from Mojo or our partners.

Security measures
Mojo maintains high security standards and procedures regarding (access to) customer personal data. Only Mojo personnel for which it is strictly necessary are authorized to have access to the personal data. All computers are installed with security software and passwords.

Providing personal data
We may provide your personal data to affiliated companies and parties that are engaged by us to perform our services. Apart from this, we will not provide your personal data to third parties, unless we are required by law to do so. Mojo is part of Live Nation, including Live Nation (Music) Ltd. The data collected by us are therefore also owned by Live Nation UK. Mojo will not transfer your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area without the necessary permit or consent.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States . Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

This Privacy Statement is subject to change at any time. We encourage you to review the Privacy Statement regularly for any changes. We will use Personal Data in accordance with the Privacy Statement under which that Personal Data was collected.
