The organization is still busy with various other artists who will be announced in the course of the coming months. Ticket sales for Curaçao North Sea Jazz 2024 Festival start on April 1.

The name of guitarist, composer and producer Nile Rodgers is forever connected with the worldwide disco hit Le Freak with his band CHIC. But he also wrote and produced an enormous string of hits for many artists. As recent as last year picked up two Grammys for his work on Beyoncé’s Renaissance album.

Leoni Torres is an award winning Cuban singer, composer and producer. His first album Bajo La Piel was released in 2007. Fusing traditional and modern Latin pop, he incorporates salsa and occasionally reggaetón into his sound. Besides winning awards for his own releases, he was also accoladed for his writing on Traidora, the 2015 hit single for Gente de Zona & Marc Anthony.

The career of Gladys Knight, the Empress of Soul is a long one: she won a TV talent show at age 7 and as a teen found fame with her band The Pips. After scoring classic hits such as I Heard It Through The Grapevine and Midnight Train To Georgia in the 1960 and 1970s, Knight started a successful solo career in the 1980s. Knight has seven Grammys and numerous awards to her name and received Kennedy Center Honors in 2022.

With his endearing smile and generous baritone voice, Gregory Porter effortlessly wins over audiences everywhere. His first two albums both earned him Grammy nominations, but it was his third, 2013’s Liquid Spirit, which really got him the success he deserves – as well as his first Grammy! Most recently he released Still Rising (2021), with new songs, covers, duets, and a selection of his much-loved favorites.

Judith Hill is an American singer, songwriter and pianist. Accompanying artists such as Robbie Williams, Rod Stewart, Anastacia, Prince and Michael Jackson, Hill also carved out a successful solo career. Her debut album, 2015’s Back In Time, was produced by Prince and recorded at his Paisley Park studio. Her new album, Letters From A Black Widow, is due for release this April.

Singer, composer, producer, and actor Marc Anthony is the best selling salsa artist in the world. In his career, Anthony has amassed a string of Grammy’s, Latin Grammy’s and other prestigious prizes, and also branched out into acting, business and philanthropy. In 2022, he released his ninth salsa album, Pa’llá Voy, which he co-produced with long-time collaborator Sergio George.

In the midst of the raw rock era of Guns N' Roses and Nirvana in the early 1990s, Seal and his smooth, velvet voice brought us enchanting pop gems such as Killer, Crazy and Kiss From A Rose. But Seal is by no means a voice of the past; in addition to the 30 million albums he’s sold, he has also managed to generate no less than one billion streams in the digital age. Since last year he has been celebrating his more than 30-year career with a world tour playing material from his classic albums Seal (1991) and Seal II (1994).

Italian singer and songwriter Eros Ramazzotti started his international career after he won the Newcomers category at the Sanremo Festival in 1984, and became known for hit singles such as Se Bastasse Una Canzone and Musica è. Over a career spanning more than 40 years, Ramazzotti sold over 70 million albums and garnered 2 billion streams. His latest album, Battito Infinito, was released in 2022.

Thanks to her inimitable voice, American singer Lizz Wright has been one of the most highly regarded jazz vocalists of her generation since her widely acclaimed debut Salt was released in 2003. This year she will release Shadow, the first studio album on her own label Blues & Greens Records, where she previously released her live album, Holding Space, in 2022.

Matteo Mancuso is an Italian jazz and rock guitarist and composer from Palermo, Sicily. Mancuso is known for adapting a quasi-flamenco right-hand technique to the electric guitar and improvised solos without the use of a pick. Some of the most renowned current guitar heroes, including Al Di Meola, Joe Bonamassa, and Steve Vai, have praised him – with the latter even calling him “the evolution of fusion guitar”. In 2023 Mancuso released his first studio album, The Journey.
