Jazz legend Wayne Shorter will tell us about his love for science fiction, super heroes and mythology with his latest composition Emanon, based on a graphic novel by Randy DuBurke. He will perform with the thirty-member philharmonic orchestra Casco Phil.

Trumpeter Eric Vloeimans, mostly known for his intimate concerts, will shine this weekend with the exceptionally large Marine Band of the Royal Netherlands Navy, consisting of over fifty musicians. The internationally renowned Metropole Orkest, conducted by Jules Buckley, will play with two well-loved, extremely energetic and funky musicians: keyboard player Cory Henry and the astounding young multi-instrumentalist and singer Jacob Collier.
