When does the North Sea Jazz Festival take place?

Is the festival accesible for disabled persons?
The entire festival is accesible for disabled persons and every hall is accessible for people in a wheelchair. With the wide hallways, escalators and elevators the festival is easily accessible for everyone.

Is the festival accessible by car?
Ahoy Rotterdam is accessible by car; there are several road exits nearby. However, due to the overload of cars on the roads near Rotterdam we recommend to use the public transportation system.

Is the festival accessible with public transportation?
You can reach Ahoy perfectly by metro (metro Erasmuslijn, stop at Zuidplein) and by more than 30 different bus lines. Especially for the North Sea Jazz Festival, the metro has an extended night schedule until 3.30 AM on Friday and Saturday night. You can also use the regular night busses (BOB-bus) to several destinations in and around Rotterdam. Click HERE for more information.

Can I bring my photo camera / film camera to the festival?
You can bring a small camera. Only when you are accredited as a press photographer it’s allowed to bring professional photo / film cameras to the festival.

Can I work at the North Sea Jazz Festival?
Unfortunately it's not possible to register to work at the festival at the moment. We have a large pool of employees from which we can draw each year, and a long reserve list.
