About Zuco 103

The trio Zuco 103 will be releasing a new album again this spring. After the Carnaval is the name of the sixth brainchild of singer Lilian Vieira, keyboard player Stefan Schmid and drummer Stefan Kruger. It's an organic, almost acoustic album that was recorded in Rio de Janeiro. The music is exuberant, festive and varied. This time the Latin influences are accompanied by rock beats. Brazilian singer Lilian Vieira is a striking performer who is not distracted in any way by the complicated dance rhythms produced by Kruger (former SfeQ and former New Cool Collective) and Schmid (former New Cool Collective). In her own language, in her own energetic way Vieira becomes completely lost in the music, blending melody, sound and rhythm in a wonderful way. Jazzy grooves, Brazilian rhythms, hip-hop samples, break beats, drum 'n' bass and Portuguese lyrics, Zuco 103 has everything and is one of the best live acts in our country.
